The modular homes are delivered through our patented folding technology, which allows us to quickly transport and install our homes onsite in just one to two weeks. We offer a select choice of colors for the siding, roof, floors, and cabinet doors, and come with all the interior finishes, appliances, and utility services pre-installed.
