Join Coast Flow Yoga as we come together in community and movement to support 50 Women for Sunshine Coast Community Services. This incredible initiative is raising funds to build affordable housing and a vital community space in Sechelt.

This all-levels yoga class is open to everyone, with 100% of proceeds going directly to this community-driven effort. Stay after for snacks, tea, and meaningful connection as we support a cause that uplifts and strengthens our community. Every breath, every pose, every donation makes a difference.
